Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, kindly contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
