1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (food and beverage items), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is wrong, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Clear photo or video proof must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or consumed tea products.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
  • Any return request without prior notice or approval.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by our team.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges. In cases of wrong or defective items, a replacement or refund will be provided.
