Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We deliver within Malaysia only (West & East Malaysia).
  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
    • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–7 working days
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Providers

  • We partner with reputable courier companies (e.g., J&T Express, Pos Laju, DHL eCommerce, etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, kindly contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier company.
